Area Coordinator (AC) 

Responsibilities

• Control distribution of product in the area assigned
• Manage the assigned online products through their life-cycle.
• Develop marketing plans, programs and execute the marketing campaign for online game projects.
• Conduct product and market research to analyze market demand and trends.
• Develop, coordinate and implement strategic and tactical plans.
• Oversee financial and production planning to make sure goals are achieved within the budget.
• Coordinate internal and external sources to assist through all phases of marketing activities.
• Maintain good relationship with customers.

Requirements

• Female, S1 Marketing/Management with min 2 years experience in the field of distribution and retail of consumer product.
• Passion for entertainment, video games and video game market.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skill.
• Proven track record of successful marketing project management
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and work well with people at all levels.
• Strong leadership, energetic, self-motivated, and pleasant personality.
• Willing to travel and own a vehicle.

 Promotion and Event Organizer (PEC)

Responsibilities

• Create marketing programs that meet the current needs
• Prepare and execute the promotional plan.
• Provide relevant information to customers
• Present the company’s product and services
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers
• Acquire and maintain customers
• Analyze market activities and competitors report
• Prepare business plan and market strategy
• Sell, promote and advertise product and services of the company
• Achieve business target in terms of sales volume and revenue
• Maintain product and service quality

Requirements

• Male/Female, S1 any majors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English/Mandarin would be an advantage
• Good negotiation skill, innovative, self-motivated and target oriented
• Experience in internet service categories, video game or general entertainment industry is preferable.

 Accountant (ACC)

Responsibilities

• Provide and maintain accounting reports periodically
• Maintain ledgers / statements / accounts and input accounting entries
• Maintain cost allocation of expenses and handle other accounting / administrative work
• Prepare accounts, budget forecast and ensure availability of accurate accounting information
  for management reference
• Implement company accounting policies and procedures
• Handle billing system and activities

Requirements

• Female, D3 or S1 in Accounting
• Excellent knowledge and application of accounting
• Excellent technical skill in accounting rules
• Good computer application and strong analytical skill
• Good understanding in tax handling
• Detail oriented, trustworthy, honest and firm
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong commitment to accuracy and able to work independently

 HR Supervisor (HR)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR program, such as recruitment, performance management,
  compensation and benefits, training and development.
• Create and develop employees’ job description, job grading and all the necessary HR
  documentations.
• Develop and maintain career planning & succession plan.
• Responsible for the smooth running of all HR activities.
• Manage day-to-day employees’ issues.
• Prepare training material, schedule and deliver training.
• Handle GA activities.

Requirements

• Male/Female, S1 in Psychology or Law or any relevant discipline from reputable university.
• Min 2 years experience in related field.
• Good knowledge of labor Act, and industrial relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high level leadership disposition.
• Ability to work under pressure and independent.
• Fluency in English, written and oral, would be an advantage.
• A team player, creative, initiative, detailed oriented and able to manage multi tasks.

 Graphic Designer (GD)

Requirements:

• Male/Female, S1 (max 28 years)
• Minimum 1 years exp in this field
• Dynamic, friendly and hard working
• Able to use Graphic Design program such as: Photoshop, Illustrator, Freehand

 Web Designer (WD)

Requirements:

• Male/ Female min S1 Design (max 28 years)
• Able to use (X)HTML, CSS, Web Standards, and Web design program (Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia DreamWeaver, and Macromedia Flash)
• Working experience min 1 year
• Friendly, hardworking, dedicated, responsible and loyal
• Discipline, Inovative and creative
• Have programming skill (PHP dan MySQL) is preferrable

 Web Programmer (WP)

Requirements:

• Male/Female min S1 Computer (max 28 years)
• Working experience min 1 year
• Have knowledge on PHP dan MySQL , Dreamweaver MX & Javascript
• Understand HTML and CSS browser compatibility
• Experience in designing and building web software application
• Able to create own CMS is preferrable
• Dynamic, creative, innovative, hardworking, and able to work under pressure
