Dragon Ball Online telah merelease 3 ras yang dapat kamu mainkan dan 12 kelas yang dapat kamu pilih.
Human
Human Martial Artist - A completely melee class
Advantage: They have both striking attack and spiritual attack
Disadvantage: No prominent characteristic.
- Fighter: AOE melee attackers capable of using sticks
- Swordsman: Gain the upper hand in 1 vs. 1 PVP by using sword.
Human Spiritualist – A long-range fighting class
Advantage: Long-range attack and massive spiritual damages
Disadvantage: Weak stamina and defense
- Turtle Mage: Mages who are comparatively common
- Master Mage: Mages who can deal continuous damages
Namekian
Namekian Warrior --- A melee class with the highest HP
Advantage: High HP and defense
Disadvantage: Weak attack
- Devildom Warrior: Defensive warriors
- Diabolism Warrior: Offensive warriors
Namekian Dragon Clan - A class capable of healing others
Advantage: An indispensable supplying role when teaming up
Disadvantage: No attack
- Tenten Taoist(translated): Have strongest healing ability
- Poko Taoist(translated): Use assistant magic
Majin
Large Majin --- A class bearing all Buffs
Advantage: Have attack, healing, assistant magic
Disadvantage: Have wide but not expert skills
- Glan Devil (translated): Defensively assistant magic
- Orti Devil(translated): Offensively assistant magic
Strange Majin – A best class for solo players
Advantage: The best choice for solo players
Disadvantage: Not needed in a team
- Pulaz Devil (translated): Have extremely strong attack
- Kar Devil (translated): Attack from the rear
